I love to eat and I love to cook therefore food is a major part of my life. It should be a major part of everyone's life because it is the determining factor of your health.  The food that you eat has a direct correlation with how long you live and whether you get sick or not.  Plus, when you eat healthy, there is absolutely no guilt in how much or how little you eat!

Now that I have established my love of food and health, I want you to know that all of the recipes on this list are absolutely delicious! Healthy is tasty, in my house anyways. Eventually I will be posting my own recipes, but for now this list will have to do.
