What I Ate Wednesday!

Be prepared to hear your stomach grumble because this is a yummy post! What I Ate Wednesday is something that I came across on Peas & Crayons blog and because I love food, I decided that it is something that I must participate in!

(Warning: This meal was in my Pre-Vegan life)

See the rest of the deliciousness after the jump.

What I'm listening to and you should too:

Today for dinner I threw together and amazing sandwich and fruit salad.  The Sandwich was a turkey breasted, red tomatoed, green avocadoed, pepper jack cheesed, chipotle mayoed, and fancy mustarded delightfulness that I was barely able to photograph before I hungrily inhaled it. YUM!
Alongside the sandwich, I put together a fruit salad which included fresh locally grown blackberries and walmart purchased strawberries and melon (delicious nonetheless).  Over top of these fruits I drizzled some locally grown honey. Oh MAN it was soo good!

  1. haha- when fruit is in season, I think its delicious no matter WHERE it comes from! Ideally everything I ate would be organic, blah blah blah, but sometimes that's not life, right? They look juicy and delicious!
